Governing Law

Access and use of the website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Seminole County. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, please discontinue your access and use of the website immediately.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship our side markers and accessories within 24 hours of receipt, provided the items are in stock. For body kits, bumpers, and wings, please allow 10 to 14 business days for manufacturing if not in stock. Small items are shipped via UPS or FedEx using ground, Blue Label (2-day), 3-day, or Red Label (overnight) services. Expect shipping to take approximately 5 business days to the East Coast, with shorter times for locations closer to Southern California. Large items, such as body kits, are shipped via air or truck freight and include insurance. Upon receipt, please inspect the shipment and notify the driver of any damage. Ensure the driver signs the bill of lading if there are any issues. It’s advisable to take photos of both the box and its contents. If damage is not reported upon receipt, you waive your right to any insurance claim against the shipping company. We use thick bubble wrap to minimize damage and estimate shipping times of 3-4 business days west of the Mississippi and 4-5 business days east.

Return Policy

Merchandise may only be returned for credit, exchange, or refund with prior authorization from Precision 911. Special orders are non returnable. Returns must occur within 15 days of receipt. If merchandise is accepted for return due to reasons other than our error, a 25% handling and restocking fee will apply. All returned merchandise must be prepaid and insured. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.

Returned items must display the issued RMA number on the exterior of the package. Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging. Painted or modified parts are non-returnable. If damage occurs to returned parts, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping company. We reserve the right to refuse shipments of damaged items.

No return for the international order.

Special Orders

All special orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. If the order is canceled for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited to Precision 911. This policy applies to non-stock body kit parts, carbon fiber parts, custom-painted wheels, and wheels with mounted tires.

Phone Orders

Credit card holders may place orders by calling us at 386-247-0135 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time). If you call outside of business hours, please leave your name and phone number on our voicemail, and we will return your call.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal (only shipped to verified addresses). Funds can also be wired to our bank account.

International Orders

International orders are accepted via phone, our website, or fax. We do not accept international credit cards that cannot be verified in the United States. American Express is preferred, and funds can be wired to our bank account.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will make every effort to maintain the prices displayed on our website. We are not responsible for any listing or pricing errors.
